Hamida Ngororo

In her current role as the Head of Client Services at Privy Attorneys, Hamida brings over 15 years of legal expertise, honed during her tenure as a Senior State Attorney at the Attorney General’s Chambers. Hamida is a seasoned professional with a specialization in Contracts and Treaties, demonstrating an exceptional ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. 

Throughout her tenure she actively participated as a member of Government Consultative Councils and the Technical Committee contributing insights. Her expertise encompasses a range of matters pertaining to the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. This includes contract negotiations, drafting and advisory work as representing the Government in international, regional, and national meetings. Notably she excels in facilitating partnership projects and investments.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:

• Successfully transitioned from the public sector to the private legal domain, seamlessly applying her extensive background in Contracts and Treaties.
• Proactively engages with clients, fostering strong and enduring relationships, and ensuring the delivery of legal services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 2003 – 2007 - Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dar, es Salaam.
